Coach Fernandez Liranza Raul Angel comes from Cuba, a socialist country, and has been a member of the Communist Party. Since joining the Party in 1982, he has had high party spirit and a noble character of willingness to contribute. Coach Raul has been involved in boxing education for 50 years, with 38 years of experience working with the Cuban Boxing Team. He has trained 7 Olympic champions, 3 Olympic silver medalists and 1 Olympic bronze medalist during his coach career.
費爾南德斯·利朗薩·勞爾·安赫爾教練來自古巴社會主義國家，是一名優秀的古巴共產黨黨員。1982年入黨，黨齡40年，有著較高的黨性修養和甘于奉獻的高尚品格。勞爾教練從事拳擊教育50年，有38年的古巴拳擊國家隊工作經驗。在執教生涯中，先后培養出7名奧運會冠軍、3名奧運會亞軍、1名奧運會季軍。
In December 2018, Coach Raul traveled across the ocean to Henan, bringing his advanced boxing training concepts and techniques to Henan. In just four years, the Henan Boxing Team has won 17 national championships and trained a large number of top domestic athletes. At present, there are 13 athletes from Henan together making up one-fifth of China’s national team. Three athletes are listed as key players preparing for the Olympic Games. At the 2021 National Games, the Henan Boxing Team had a strong performance, earning 1 gold, 1 silver and 5 bronze medals, ranking among the top three in the country. Coach Raul was also appointed as a coach of the Chinese Boxing Team to prepare for the Paris Olympic Games, making positive contributions to Henan Boxing and even Chinese Boxing.
2018年12月，勞爾教練遠渡重洋來到河南鄭州，為河南拳擊帶來先進的訓練理念和技術。僅僅4年，河南拳擊隊共獲得全國冠軍17人次，培養了一大批國內頂尖運動員，目前在國家隊河南籍運動員達到13名，占國家隊總人數的五分之一，3名運動員被列為備戰奧運會重點隊員。2021年全運會，河南拳擊隊取得1金1銀5銅的好成績，綜合成績位居全國三甲，勞爾教練也被聘任為中國拳擊隊教練備戰巴黎奧運會，為河南拳擊乃至中國拳擊作出了積極貢獻。

I communicated with many CPC members when I worked at the Henan Heavy Athletics Aviation Sports Center. In my opinion, all these people, whether as communists, staff members or leaders of the new generation of athletes, have played a very good role as models and leaders, maintaining the national image and dignity of China through their actions.
在河南省鄭州市工作期間，我和河南省重競技航空運動中心的中國共產黨黨員們進行了交流溝通，從中我感受到所有人，無論作為共產主義者、工作人員，還是新生代運動員的領導者，都發揮了很好的模范帶頭作用，用實際行動維護了國家形象和尊嚴。
The person who impressed me most was Comrade Gu Jinhua. Gu is the deputy director of the Henan Heavy Athletics Aviation Sports Center and was the head coach of the Henan Boxing Team. Mr. Gu is committed to the cause of boxing in Henan and even China, and has led the Henan Boxing Team to one good result after another. He has been recognized as an excellent Communist Party member and advanced individual many times. He has firm faith and is loyal to the CPC, and is a person who embraces his responsibility with a passion. He exemplifies the role of the Communist Party members.
我印象最為深刻的是谷錦華同志。谷錦華是分管河南拳擊隊的中心副主任，曾是河南拳擊隊的主教練。谷錦華同志致力于河南乃至中國拳擊事業，帶領河南拳擊隊取得了一個又一個好成績，他多次被評為優秀共產黨員和先進個人。他對黨忠誠，信仰堅定，敢抓敢管，勇于擔當，黨員的引領示范作用在他身上得到了充分彰顯和發揮。
There are many other outstanding CPC members with the Henan Boxing Team besides Comrade Gu, such as coach Li Liangliang, coach Yuan Maozhou, leader Yang Caixia, leader Su Hongbin, team doctor Liu Hongyang, team doctor Niu Chaoyang, and our outstanding athletes Han Xuezhen, Ruan Mulan, and Ma Jinyang.
除了谷錦華同志，河南拳擊隊還有很多優秀的共產黨員，諸如教練團隊的李亮亮教練、袁茂洲教練、楊彩霞領隊、蘇紅賓領隊、劉紅陽隊醫、牛朝陽隊醫，還有優秀運動員韓雪振、阮木蘭、馬金陽等。
The coaching team members are disciplined, upright and responsible. They treat athletes like their own children by paying close attention to them, strengthening their enterprising spirit, caring for and guaranteeing training equipment, and coordinating all their responsibilities.
教練團隊組成人員嚴于律己，身正為范，認真負責，視運動員為自己的孩子，對運動員給予密切關注，關心和保障訓練配備，統籌所有需要他們參與的事情，增強了運動員的進取心。

They are models for us, influencing our team members and colleagues all the time. Thanks to the efforts of these outstanding CPC members, athletes Lu Yingying, Zhang Boxiong, Zhao Yikun, Zhao Mengyang and Dong Zhuangzhuang, team doctor Niu Chaoyang and physical fitness coach Jin Xianyi have become CPC members or probationary CPC members, further strengthening the reserve force of the CPC.

Heroes never flinch in the face of disasters. In the face of the double disasters of heavy rain and COVID-19, these outstanding CPC members are united as one and work side by side with others in time of difficulty to tackle the crisis. They actively participate in voluntary work such as epidemic prevention, flood fighting and donations, or insist on improving themselves in the quarantine period. They also adhere to the exemplary guiding attitude, observe epidemic prevention regulations and stay in the center with athletes and colleagues, and ensure the normal training of the sports team and the supply of logistics materials, so as to guarantee that all aspects of the center work efficiently. Their noble behavior shows the lofty responsibility, and demonstrates the spirit and strength that Communists should have. They show people that after the disaster, there must be the growth of strength and spiritual improvement.
大災大難面前，英雄不失本色。我看到這些優秀共產黨員在特大暴雨與疫情雙重災難面前，團結一心、舍生忘我、共克時艱，積極參加防疫抗洪和捐款捐物等志愿工作，或居家防疫堅持提升自我，即使在漫長的隔離期間，他們也秉持著模范的引導態度，與運動員和同事一起封閉在中心，保證運動隊的正常訓練和后勤物資的供應，以便中心各方面工作高效運轉。他們的高尚行為，展現了崇高的責任與擔當，彰顯了共產黨員應有的精神與力量。同時，也讓人們看到：大災之后必然是力量的拔節生長和精神的淬火成鋼！
I am very happy when I work with them. I feel the kindness from them, because they have become my closest family members. I often share my joys and sorrows with them, and they give me the sincerest care.

The convening of the 20th National Congress of the CPC is a remarkable event in the world. I was lucky to watch it with the Henan Boxing Team. After watching, I could not calm down for a long time. I was very moved and deeply inspired. The light of the Marxist theory shines through the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, which demonstrates the CPC's firm original intention of working for the interests of the people and the extraordinary political wisdom and mission of the CPC.
中共二十大的召開是舉世矚目的大事，我有幸與河南拳擊隊一起收聽收看了習近平總書記在大會上所作的報告。觀看后，我內心久久不能平靜。我非常感動，深受鼓舞，倍感振奮。二十大報告通篇閃耀著馬克思主義的理論光芒，彰顯了中國共產黨為人民謀利益的堅定初心，彰顯了中國共產黨非凡的政治智慧和使命擔當。
The 20th National Congress of the CPC will further consolidate the friendship between China and Cuba and expand existing achievements. As a Chinese friend and an old Communist Party member, I believe that the 20th National Congress of the CPC is not only of great significance to China, but will also have an influence on the whole world. At present, the world is facing a once-in-a-century change and epidemic. The international community is paying attention to China's great achievements in the extraordinary past decade with great interest, and expects the 20th National Congress of the CPC to inject confidence and momentum into the cause of world peace, development and win-win cooperation and expects China to achieve greater glory in the future.

Zhengzhou, Henan is my second hometown. I like Zhengzhou City and Henan Province very much. I like their sports, education and culture. China is an international model. It pays attention to people's livelihood and focuses on the well-being of all mankind. It’s my great honour to make a contribution to the friendship and cooperation between the two countries. Here, I sincerely wish the best for my beloved Zhengzhou, Henan and China. I believe that under the guidance of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, China’s sports and boxing will make headway and have a better future, and China has the confidence and strength to move from a major sports country to a world sports power.
